Hey Joe, how about one where some dads and their boys go on a camping trip. Except the majority of the story is about the trip to the campground. You know, a couple of buddies get off at the garage and head up to set up camp. A couple of dudes had football practice and plan to meet their dads at the camp. A gearhead is obsessed with some sort of chair he’s building in the garage. etc.

Hey there Joe.
I’ve been a fan of your work for years but just saw the blog and email address, so with one more cup of coffee before the day gets started, I hope you’ll take a random note of praise from a New Yorker awake early on a Sunday morning.
No one creates greater erotic tension on screen than you. I can reel off the titles in my head and cannot think of a disappointment or misstep. Every one of your films is filled with sexual crescendo, including many that linger in my mind in my own, non-filmed sex life. Genuine gratitude on this end. Hope you’ll keep at it for a while.
