Joe,
You’ve given me too much pleasure for me to just lie back and be passive about
it. I just had to communicate this with you.
The catalyst was my discovery of another one of your father-son episodes when I
watched Gunnery Sgt. McCool. Man, you sure know how to ring my bells!!!
Those tension loaded pauses, the eye contact. Wow!!! And I am a fan of your
story lines.
And I thought I already owned all your videos with a father-son episode as I
have Dad Takes a Fishing Trip, Chainsaw, Doctors and Dads, 110° in Tuscon, &
Arcade on Route 9.
I would be reluctant to pick one as a favorite above the others although I think
Blu Kennedy and “his dad” both managed to deliver the nuanced acting that
places Tuscon at the top. But they’ve all been terrific. And, I’m sure I’m not the only
fan who has thought about pleading for a continuation of your stories (particularly
now that we’ve seen the Marine & his son in Doctors and Dads), and whose own
imagination has created some “”would-like-to-see” chapters.
So my question is; “Have I missed any others that have flown under my radar?”
And do you have any in the pipeline that I should watch out for?
Keep up the good work, Joe. You’re unique and the best at what you do.
Thanks,
G.
Hey G–Thanks for the generous words. As far as other scenes in my movies that
follow that theme, I think you’ve got ‘em all, but I’m not really certain. If anybody
out there knows of more, let him (and me) know.
Cheers,
JG
